For our customer, we are seeking an experienced LiveChat Business Analyst professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to people, processes, data, and automation. You will ensure that clear, testable acceptance criteria are defined and met throughout the lifecycle of each user story.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the Product Owner in shaping product strategy through incremental improvements, business scenarios, and use case design.
• Analyzing and documenting business requirements, identifying pain points and opportunities, and translating them into IT specifications for cost, time, and resource estimation.
• Creating user stories and test cases (SIT, UAT), defining acceptance criteria in close collaboration with developers and testers.
• Facilitating and leading Agile ceremonies such as demos, training sessions, and backlog grooming.
• Promoting a customer-centric mindset and fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with the support team to ensure production stability and business continuity.
