Project scope:

• Collaborate with the SAP TM (Transportation Management) team to provide high-quality consulting services for international clients, focusing on both support and implementation projects
• Analyze and resolve tickets submitted by clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Propose, design, and implement new functionalities based on business requirements and client needs
• Create and maintain key project documentation, including solution designs, business process descriptions, and technical specifications for developers
• Ensure regular communication with clients and active participation in project coordination
