Project scope:

• Define and ensure a comprehensive, coherent architectural view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology
• Design IT systems to drive business transformation, ensuring long-term scalability and sustainability
• Deliver top-level business and technology architecture consultancy to enterprise clients
• Act as Design Authority or provide architectural input into ServiceNow-based ITSM solutions
• Lead or support the creation of innovative digital service offers within enterprise contexts
• Contribute to bid processes and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients
• Engage in implementation programs, supporting complex enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Present specialist points of view in internal and external forums, including industry events
• Collaborate with Customer Managers, Architects, Solution Designers, SMEs, and senior client stakeholders
• Optimize business processes and workflows through expert configuration of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules
• Ensure platform compliance with ITIL standards and best practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to technical teams and stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices
