Our customer is the leading provider of modern business solutions. As the Team Leader of GL department you will be responsible for managing team members, overviewing of the processes, ensuring correctness and driving work improvements initiatives.

• Type of project: Accountancy
• Location: Warsaw; hybrid work model
• Type of employment: 1-year contract of employment (with the possibility of extension)
• Salary range: 17000 - 20000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing of GL related activities, e.g. journal bookings, month-end closings, accounts reconciliations, intercompany processes, reporting, etc.
• Leading and managing GL team
• Ensuring correctness and timely manner of the financial processes and transactions in accordance with accounting regulations and company\\\'s standards
• Monitoring KPIs compliance
• Participating in audits and internal controls
• Maintaining strong relationships with financial units (globally) and stakeholders
• Actively driving work improvements initiatives and assisting in implementation projects
