For our client, we are currently seeking an experienced SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SAM for mobile maintenance and service processes, with a focus on integration with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems.

Your tasks:

• Setting up and customizing the SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM) system to meet business requirements.
• Activating and configuring relevant OData services for seamless integration.
• Customizing the SAP Mobile Add-On component (SPRO) for enhanced functionality.
• Setting up toolboxes, checklists, and making necessary form adjustments to ensure efficient mobile workflows.
• Adjusting the synchronization strategy to support offline usage, ensuring reliability in remote scenarios.
• Integrating SAP SAM with SAP Work Manager in hybrid environments to support mobile maintenance.
• Defining and configuring key processes including maintenance orders, notifications (PM, CS, service orders), and material supply and inventory movements (MM integration).
• Creating and customizing technician checklists (PM, QM, CS) and forms for service-related tasks.
• Managing worklists, deployment planning, and scheduling for mobile technicians to optimize operations.
• Activating and managing OData services for efficient data flow between SAM and backend systems.
• Leveraging SAP BTP Mobile Services for authentication, security, and optimization.
• Extending app functionality through the Mobile Development Kit (MDK) for customized app features.
• Customizing and extending the system using SAP Web IDE or Visual Studio Code to meet specific project needs.
• Ensuring secure and accurate synchronization between SAP SAM and backend systems, including thorough testing.
