For our customer, we are seeking a skilled VMWare Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting a project for a leading French telecommunications company.

• Location: Katowice (hybrid model of work/ can be negotiable)
• Type of employment: Employment contract
• Technical stack: Cisco UCS, VMware and its products, including vCenter, vRA, vRO, vROps (supervision), vRLI, vRN, NSX-T, OpenShift (Red Hat), Pure Storage, NetAp, Rubrik
• Project language: English and French

Your tasks:

• Managing incidents by opening and tracking tickets with suppliers (Stordata, Broadcom, Red Hat), analyzing incident resolution, and handling related requests.
• Executing interventions within projects, monitoring project progress, and preparing necessary actions for our initiatives.
• On-Call Support: Providing support outside of regular business hours.
