Responsibilities:

• Configure and Maintain SAP QM: Ensure the SAP QM module is properly configured and maintained to support quality management processes in the automotive industry

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and understand client quality management requirements and provide appropriate system solutions tailored to the automotive sector

• System Integration: Integrate the QM module with other SAP modules to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency

• Quality Management Strategies: Develop and implement quality management strategies to enhance product quality and compliance within the automotive industry

• End-User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP QM functionalities and best practices

• Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the QM module

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of QM configurations, workflows, and processes

• Continuous Improvement: Continually assess and recommend improvements to the system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
