Project scope:

• Perform advanced customizing and development within the CRM/S/4HANA environment.
• Refactor legacy code, incorporating unit tests, replacing outdated modifications with suitable alternatives, and migrating functionality from CRM to S/4HANA where applicable.
• Implement modification adjustments within the Service Delivery area as part of regular technical upgrades.
• Ensure a deep alignment with Service Delivery processes to provide optimal solutions for end users.
