Competence demands:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO roles, supporting project and portfolio management in a corporate or IT environment
• Fluent English (written & spoken); German is a plus
• Experience in project governance, including budget tracking, risk management, and reporting
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively with project teams and management
• Capacity to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI & Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus
