Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming tickets on Coupa and performing troubleshooting activities
• Providing support for financial and accounting teams in terms of Coupa system
• Supporting PTP activities and helping accounting teams in Coupa's operations, e.g. month-end closings
• Cooperating with IT department
• Preparing reports and analyses
• Identifying process improvements and participating in implementation of new solutions
