We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the service delivery efforts within our Agile Release Train (ART) as we embark on the cloudification of DIGIT hosting services. Unlike traditional product management roles, this position focuses on service delivery management, ensuring that our cloud-based services meet both operational needs and strategic business goals.
As the Product Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of these cloud services from conception to delivery, ensuring they align with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and performance metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, operations, and business stakeholders, to define and prioritize work in accordance with the SAFe methodology.

Project scope:
- Service Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of cloud services, aligning them with customer needs and business goals.
- Roadmap & Vision: Create and share a service roadmap focused on cloud transformation, aligned with organizational goals.
- Service Definition & Features: Define offerings, features, and SLAs for cloud services to set clear expectations.
- PI Planning: Lead Program Increment (PI) planning, breaking down priorities into actionable tasks for teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver services that balance technical needs and customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary link between ART, senior management, and stakeholders, communicating progress and decisions.
- Customer Feedback: Gather user feedback to continually improve quality, scalability, and performance.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and KPIs to prioritize service improvements based on performance, satisfaction, and value.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure services meet security, legal, and regulatory standards in collaboration with legal and security teams.
