Storage Engineer with French

Location: Katowice or Kraków or Lublin or Opole or Wrocław or Gdańsk (one from those locations to choose; hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)
Type of employment: Employment contract
Project language: French and English

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and object storage systems.
Configure and optimize storage arrays, switches, and other storage infrastructure components.
Monitor storage performance and capacity, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain storage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate storage solutions with existing systems and applications.
Evaluate new storage technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades

Requirements:

Bachelor\"s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Fluency in French, both written and spoken
3+ years of experience in storage engineering or a related role
Proficiency with storage technologies such as EMC, NetApp, Dell EMC, HP 3Par Storage, etc.
Strong understanding of SAN and NAS protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware) and cloud storage (MS Azure) is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., EMCISA, NetApp NCDA, etc.) are desirable.
