Project information:

  • Location: Kraków / Katowice (hybrid)
  • Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours per day
  • Languages: English & Greek / Hungarian / Portuguese / Italian
  • Level: Senior
  • Start date: Depending on the candidate`s availability
  • Remuneration: up to 11000 PLN gross (depending on experience)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receivables management (collection of overdue invoices, monitoring of customer credit)
  • Customer support (assisting in difficult situations, determining the best repayment solutions, negotiating, implementing payment plans)
  • Customer Service (providing quality service, resolving problems, escalating contentious issues)
  • Strategies (developing strategies for problematic clients, choosing appropriate collection techniques)
  • Communication and negotiation (building customer relationships, communicating with stakeholders, negotiating, documenting solutions)
  • Compliance and control (ensuring compliance with control and compliance regulations in credit management)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of processes and procedures related to the management of receivables
  • Communicative knowledge of English (B1)
  • Fluency in one of the languages Greek / Hungarian / Portuguese / Italian
  • Experience in the area of debt collection
  • Communication and negotiation skills, ability to build customer relationships
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Automation Drive Suit, DGEM Tech (nice to have)
