Responsibilities:

• Monitoring outstanding invoices and late payments from customers of our clients
• Ensuring that given credits are monitored and controlled effectively
• Supporting customers who deal with repayment difficulties, negotiating terms and proposing relevant payment solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers
• Managing AR portfolio
• Achieving cash collection and ageing targets
• Identifying frequently recurring situations at customer level, escalating such situations and suggesting remedial actions
