For our customer, a global leader in flooring and sports surface solutions, we are looking for Network Engineer who will take part in network transformation project aiming to upgrade outdated infrastructure across production plants, warehouses, and sales network offices within EMEA and LATAM.

Project information:

Location: Warsaw (hybrid model - visiting the office once every 2 weeks)
Type of employment: contract of employment or B2B

Your daily tasks:

Evaluation of existing network infrastructure in production plants, warehouses, and sales offices across EMEA and LATAM regions.
Working closely with the project leader and interdisciplinary teams to develop migration plans for replacing outdated hardware and transitioning to Cisco Meraki devices and SDWAN technology.
Taking part in configuration and deployment of Meraki gateways, guaranteeing smooth integration with the existing network infrastructure.
Offer technical guidance and assistance throughout the implementation stage, resolving any encountered issues or challenges.
Aid in carrying out post-implementation testing and validation to confirm the successful integration of new network infrastructure elements.
Document configurations, modifications, and procedures pertinent to the network overhaul initiative for sharing knowledge and future reference.
Deliver training and assistance to internal IT teams to empower them in efficiently maintaining and supporting the revamped network infrastructure.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in leading or assisting with network migration projects, specifically involving Cisco Meraki products.
Practical experience with Cisco Meraki products, including switches, access points, and gateways.
Certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Routing and Switching, or an equivalent qualification.
Cisco Meraki certifications like the Cisco Meraki Certified Networking Associate (CMNA) and/or Cisco Meraki Certified Networking Professional (CMNP).
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, capable of troubleshooting complex network issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Readiness to travel to different locations across the EMEA and LATAM regions to support deployments in crucial production sites or warehouses as required.
Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written.
