Project scope:

• Coordinate and oversee the technical aspects of Program Increment (PI) planning for multiple teams, ensuring clear technical goals, schedules, and deliverables
• Prepare solution backlog
• Synchronize activities across teams, promote collaboration, and resolve dependencies, risks, and challenges
• Oversee PI execution, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Organize and lead a system demo at the end of each PI, with a focus on demonstrating technical integration and functionality of solutions
• Monitor key metrics such as delivery performance, value realization, and system health to ensure effective Solution Train operation and value delivery
• Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to system integration and technical complexities across teams. Implement strategies to mitigate dependencies and technical challenges, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of integrated solutions
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategy, architecture, and feature development
• Co-definition of solution architecture
