Competence demands:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Consultant with a solid understanding of .NET full-stack development
• Strong consulting experience, with the ability to engage with customers, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and guide the development team
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective technical architectures and manage projects from concept through to completion
• After product training, the ability to propose tailored solutions, understand customer demands and convert them into actionable technical requirements for the development team
• Fluency in Polish and English, German will be a plus
