You will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing finance processes to be automated using RPA solutions. BA will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to support the organization\'s digital transformation initiatives and drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Project scope:

• Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for automation in processes such as accounts payable, receivables, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of business requirements for RPA solutions
• Ensure finance processes comply with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, SOX, GDPR) and corporate policies
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of RPA solutions, recommending improvements and scaling opportunities
• Liaise with stakeholders from finance, compliance, IT, and external vendors to ensure collaboration on automation projects
• Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership on the progress of automation initiatives and their financial impact
• Facilitate trainings to ensure the smooth adoption of RPA technologies within the organization
