Job responsibilities:

• Delivering end to end IT Talent Acquisition service directly to Customers against tight deadlines, service levels and targets
• Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, media tools and tactics
• Building and maintaining trustworthy, long term relationships with Clients
• Delivering highest level of advisory to candidates on career progression, legal and financial matters
• Supporting Sales Teams with market analysis on trends, capacity and availability of IT Talent
• Analyzing and reporting individual metrics and pipeline data against expected results
