Hire-To-Retire Global Process Owner

Our customer is the leader in providing modern business solutions. We\'re looking for Hire-To-Retire GPO who will be responsible for delivering continuous improvements and best practice for all HR processes, as well as transforming HR functions within the organization.

  • Remuneration: 20 000 - 25 000 PLN gross (depending on the candidate\'s experience)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Defines the vision for the end-to-end global process and sets the strategy for implementation including defining long-term outcomes, principles, policy, and standards in alignment with the overall business and in agreement with stakeholders
  • Prioritizes highest impact areas to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Monitors process performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Drives continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Uses knowledge of best practices to drive process simplification and automation through the use of technology
  • Performs root cause analysis on process breakdowns and recognises existing limitations
  • Establishes roadmap of how to overcome constraints through workaround or substitutes
  • Cooperates with stakeholders on the process changes and automatizations
  • Cooperates with IT and HRIS teams to plan any technology changes or requirements
  • Reviews and approves process-related change requests
  • Managing changing behaviours to drive adoption and achieve desired results

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of working experience in HR area within managerial positions
  • University Degree (HR/Business/Project Management or similar)
  • Experience in leading process simplification and standardization in a global organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of business and HR strategies with HR transformation experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholder and influence them to agree for common objectives
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
