Responsibilities:

• Planning and conducting hackathons (AI)
• Conducting events
• Development of the entire event plan, budgets
• Managing logistics (location selection, participant registration)
• Cooperating with marketing to promote the hackathons
• Organising the necessary people for the event
• Organising equipment, supervising configuration
• Resolving ongoing problems
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners, sponsors, participants
