Key Responsibilities:

• Assist 3M with streamlining and automating the Customer Issues Resolution (CIR) process for resolution of pricing and billing issues between 3M and its customers
• Providing detailed technical design
• Build & code deployment automation
• Development tool support
• Lead / guide the team to accomplish the project goals through a series of software releases, with various business processes automated in each release
• Live implementation release scheduling and planning , technologies such as docker, puppet , ansible and also AWS - cloud based stack.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects, and the Testing team to understand the business and functional requirements, testing methodology, and work done in previous releases and plans for future releases, to drive the outcomes for the current release
