We are seeking a talented CMDB Senior Architect for our client. The role requires Unix/Windows environments expertise, focusing on BMC CMDB with potential migration to ServiceNow CMDB. The responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing enterprise CMDB solutions, as well as ensuring smooth integration and collaboration between IT departments.

Project scope:

• Design and implement CMDB solutions using BMC CMDB-provided functionality and features
• Explore migration strategies to transition to ServiceNow CMDB
• Manage integration between CMDB and ITSM solutions, including ServiceNow ITSM and DevOps tooling
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and updates for CMDB systems while minimizing operational disruptions
• Address security vulnerabilities and implement best practices for securing CMDB environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and operational procedures
• Respond to technical Level 3 support tickets and assist in translating business needs into CMDB requirements
• Deploy in production and assist the operations team in managing the CMDB in various environments
