• Proficient in applying ServiceNow best practices and designing/developing application components for maintainability, scalability, and sustainability
• Skilled in configuring data integrations and APIs between ServiceNow and other applications
• Demonstrated expertise in customizing workflows
• Strong command of JavaScript
• Experienced in developing/configuring custom portal widgets, pages, and catalog items
• Familiar with application development in an Agile/DevOps environment
• Capable of conducting integration, system, and component testing
• Skilled in generating test data for functional validation testing
• Excellent communication abilities to facilitate productive teamwork
• Fluent English
