• Develop a clear and compelling vision for the development platform, aligned with the goals and objectives of the public administration
• Create and execute a strategic roadmap for the platform\'s evolution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve the platform
• Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders within the public administration to ensure the platform meets their requirements
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance
• Work closely with development teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-friendly experience and conduct usability testing for refinement
• Maintain a release schedule and coordinate with teams for timely releases
• Implement communication strategies to inform users about releases and changes effectively
• Establish KPIs and monitor the platform\'s performance regularly
• Ensure platform security and compliance with regulations through collaboration with security experts
• Develop comprehensive documentation and organize training sessions for developers to effectively utilize the platform
